Overview
Backup approvers help you approve your assigned items, if you are unable to. This article will show you how to add a backup approver.
Instructions
- Navigate to User Menu
- Select Preferences & Password
- Click on Backup Approvers button
- Select New Approver button
- Fill in fields
- Staff: Select staff member to be a backup approver for yourself
- Type: Select to Always be an approver or to be an approver in a specific time frame
- Select Save
