Create a Backup Approver

Overview

This article will show you how to add a Backup ApproverBackup Approvers help you approve your assigned items if you are unable to.

Instructions

1 The first step is to navigate to the User Menu

2 Click Preferences & Password

3 Click Backup Approvers

4 Click New Approver

5 Fill in fields

Step 5 image

  • Staff: Select a staff member to become a backup approver for yourself
  • Type: Choose one option
    • Disabled: Backup approver abilities are not active
    • Always: Backup approver abilities are always active
    • Specific Time Frame: Choose a specific From and To Date for the backup approver to have approving abilities

6 Click Save
