Create a Backup Approver

Overview

Backup approvers help you approve your assigned items, if you are unable to. This article will show you how to add a backup approver.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to User Menu

  2. Select Preferences & Password

  3. Click on Backup Approvers button

  4. Select New Approver button

  5. Fill in fields

    • Staff: Select staff member to be a backup approver for yourself
    • Type: Select to Always be an approver or to be an approver in a specific time frame
  6. Select Save
