Edit an Existing Backup Approver

Overview

Backup Approvers help you approve your assigned items if you are unable to. This article will show you how to edit an existing Backup Approver.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to User Menu > Preferences & Password

  2. Click Backup Approvers
    Click_Backup_Approvers.png
  3. Click the edit icon next to the approver you want to edit

  4. Edit the fields
    Edit_the_fields.png
    • Staff: Select a staff member to become a backup approver for yourself
    • Type:
      • Disabled: Backup approver abilities are not active
      • Always: Backup approver abilities are always active
      • Specific Time Frame: Choose a specific From and To Date for the backup approver to have approving abilities
  5. Click Save
    Click_Save.png
