Edit an Existing Backup Approver

Overview

Backup approvers help you approve your assigned items, if you are unable to. This article will show you how to edit an existing backup approver.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to User Menu

  2. Select Preferences & Password

  3. Click on Backup Approvers button

  4. Select the edit icon

  5. Edit fields

    • Staff: Select staff member to be a backup approver for yourself
    • Type: Select to Always be an approver or to be an approver in a specific time frame
  6. Select Save
