Edit an Existing Backup Approver

Overview

Backup Approvers help you approve your assigned items, if you are unable to. This article will show you how to edit an existing Backup Approver

Instructions

  1. Navigate to User Menu in the top-right corner

  2. Select Preferences & Password

  3. Click on Backup Approvers button

  4. Select the edit icon next to the Backup Approver you want to edit

  5. Edit fields

    • Staff: Select a staff member to become a backup approver for yourself
    • Type
      • Disabled: Backup approver abilities are not active
      • Always: Backup approver abilities are always active
      • Specific Time Frame: Choose a specific From and To Date for the backup approver to have approving abilities
  6. Select Save at the top of the page
