Publish an Event to the Public Portal


You can use the Public Portal to help your citizens easily find meeting. You will need to manually publish Events to the Public Portal.


1 The first step is to click Events

2 Click the Edit tool next to your event

3 In Events Summary page, scroll to Published section and select an option from the drop-down

  • No: Will not publish the Event
  • Yes - Immediately: Will publish the Event after you save
  • Yes - As of Date: Choose to publish on a specified later date
    • Publish Date: Use the calendar to select a publishing date

4 Click Save
