Publish an Event to the Public Portal

 

Overview

You can use the Public Portal to help your citizens easily find a meeting. You will need to manually publish Events to the Public Portal.

 

Instructions

  1. Click Events

  2. Click Edit next to your desired event

  3. Select a Published option

    • No: Will not publish the Event
    • Yes - Immediately: Will publish the Event after you save
    • Yes - As of Date: Choose to publish on a specified later date
      • Publish Date: Use the calendar to select a publishing date

  4. Select Save
