Publish an Event to the Public Portal

Overview

You can use the Public Portal to help your citizens easily find meeting. You will need to manually publish Events to the Public Portal

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Events
    events.png
  2. Click the Edit tool next to your event

  3. In Events Summary page, scroll to Published section
    Published.png
  4. Select an option from the drop-down
    PublishedOptions.png
    • No: Will not publish the Event
    • Yes - Immediately: Will publish the Event after you save
    • Yes - As of Date: Choose to publish on a specified later date
  5. Select Save at the top of the page
    Save.png
