Email Agenda Files

Overview

This article will show you how to email your AgendaAgenda Packet, and Minutes files.

Instructions

  1. Click Agendas
    Select_Agendas.png
  2. Select your desired agenda
    Select_your_Desired_Agenda.png
  3. Select Files
    Select_Files.png
  4. Click Email
    Click_Email.png
  5. Fill in the fields
    Fill_in_the_Fields.png
    • Send To: Select from pre-set distribution lists or custom distribution lists
      • Note: A System Admin can create custom distribution lists in the Site Settings.
    • CC: (Separate with Commas): Enter emails that you want to CC
    • User: Select system user you would like to send the email to
    • Subject: Add a subject
    • Message: Write message to accompany the files
    • Agenda/Packet/Minutes to Send: Select the agenda, packet, or minutes to send
  6. Click Send
    Click_Send.png

    Is the User guidance in step 5 correct? In our testing the email is sent TO the user in this field, rather than selecting who the sender is.

    Hi Seth,

    You are correct, the users field will determine system users that you can send items to. Sorry about that confusion, I have updated the article to reflect that change.
