E-Voting

Overview

This process will show you what your Board or Commissioners can expect during a meeting. 

Instructions

  1. Select Join Meeting on an imminent meeting

  2. Set yourself as a Voting or Not Voting member for the meeting

  3. Click Save

    • Note: Your status automatically sends to the clerk.
    • Note: If you have any trouble when you set your status, the clerk is able to manually set it for you as well. 
  4. Current Item bar displays what is currently being talked about and will update in real-time

  5. Clerk determines what to vote on and will initiate a vote
  6. For a vote, a pop-up appears; select applicable option

  7. Click Save

    • Note: Your vote sends to the clerk. They can make changes if you selected the wrong option.
  8. If you need to leave the meeting early, select the <-- Agendas button

  9. Select Leave Meeting

  10. Select Yes to the Are you sure you want to leave the meeting? pop-up
