Add Attachments to a Person

 

Overview 

This article will tell you how to manage User Attachments within Boards & Committees.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to User Profile > Boards & Committees

  2. Select the People tab
    add_attachments_to_a_person_people.jpg

  3. Select the person you want to add attachments to
    add_attachments_to_a_person_select_person.jpg

  4. Navigate to Documentation tab
    add_attachments_to_a_person_documentation.jpg

  5. Select Add Document
    add_attachments_to_a_person_add_document.jpg

  6. Fill in fields
    add_attachments_to_a_person_fill_in_fields.jpg
    • File Name: Enter a name for your file
    • File Type: Select the file type

  7. Select File: Locate and select a file from your computer
    add_attachments_to_a_person_upload_file.jpg
    • Note: After selection, two new options appear: Change or Remove.
      add_attachments_to_a_person_select_file.jpg
    • Change: Select a new file to replace the existing file
    • Remove: Delete the file from the system

  8. Select Save to add the document
    add_attachments_to_a_person_save.jpg

  9. The file will appear with new options
    add_attachments_to_a_person_view_file.jpg
    • Edit: Click the pencil to make edits to your document
    • Delete: Click the trashcan to remove the document
    • View: Click the TV/desktop computer to view/download the file
