Edit a Member of a Board Roster

Overview

This article will show you how to edit Board Member information.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to User Profile > Boards & Committees

  2. Select Boards

  3. Select the board you want to edit

  4. Select Roster tab

  5. Select Actions > Edit Current Appointment

    • Note: You can select Reappoint Member to renew the same member in the same position for another term. 
  6. Make edits

    • Search People: Search and select a member
    • Position/Seat: Auto-generates position number
    • Term: Specify how many terms this member has
    • Note: Provide any additional comments
    • Appointed By: Choose who/what position (eg. Mayor) appointed this member
    • Role: Determine the role of the member
    • Status: Determine the status of the member
    • Appointment Date: Date of appointment 
    • Term Start/End Date: Start date and end date of this term
    • Resignation Date: Date of resignation (if applicable)
  7. Select Save
