Add Board Attachments

Overview

This article will show you how to add attachments to a Board.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to User Profile > Boards & Committees

  2. Select Boards
    delete_a_board_attachment_boards.jpg
  3. Click on a board
    delete_a_board_attachment_select_board.jpg
  4. Select the Documentation tab

  5. Select Add Document

  6. Fill in fields
    add_board_attachments_fill_in_fields.jpg
    • File Name: Enter a name for your file
    • File Type: Select the file type
    • Select File: Locate and select a file from your computer

      • Note: After selection, two new options appear: Change or Remove
        add_board_attachments_select_file.jpg
        • Change: Select a new file to replace the existing file
        • Remove: Delete the file from the system
  7. Select Save to add the document
    add_board_attachments_save.jpg
  8. File appears with new options
    add_board_attachments_view_file.jpg
    • Edit: Click the pencil to make edits to your document
    • Delete: Click the trashcan to remove the document
    • View: Click the TV/desktop computer to view/download the file
