Save time during meetings by automatically saving bookmarks when they are entered using the new Auto Bookmark check box that appears on the Minutes Start page. You can even add multiple bookmarks per section or item. The new Auto Bookmark functionality will compute and save the time span directly on the bookmark for convenient reference.
- Navigate to Agendas
- Select an agenda
- Select Minutes
- Ensure you are in the Start tab
- Check Auto-bookmark when "Set Current" button is selected
