This article will show you how to add a Comment to an Agenda.
The Comments tab is useful to help track changes or requests that may be pending for an item. It allows for all notes to be stored in one large, easy-to-access location.
- Navigate to Agendas
- Select an agenda
- Click the edit tool (pencil icon) next to the item you want to add a comment to
- Select the Comments tab
- Click Add Comment
- Fill in fields
- Comment: Enter comment into the large text field
- CC Approvers: Check to notify approvers via email of new comment
- Notify/CC: Select emails
- Click Save
