Use Live Chat

Overview

This article will show you how to use the live chat feature in CivicClerk. There are support staff ready to answer your questions and help you successfully use your site.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the back-end of your site
  2. Select the Chat bubble

  3. Search your question in chat

  4. Look through the top results and select if applicable
    select_helpcenter_article.png
  5. If the results do not show what you are looking for, select Live Chat

  6. Type the chat message

  7. Select Start Chatting to be connected with a support staff member!
