Create an Agenda Item

Overview

This article will show you how to add an agenda item.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Agendas tab

  2. Select the agenda you would like the item in
    zoning_and_planning_agenda.png
  3. Select AddAgenda Item

  4. Enter in the Agenda information
    create_agenda_item.png
    • Select Agenda: Will auto-fill with the agenda
    • Select Section or Item: Select the section or item to categorize this item under
    • Subject: Create the title
    • Item Type: Select the type of agenda this item will be used in
    • Department: Select the department the item affects
    • Agenda Item ID Counter To Be Used: Select the ID number you would like to use, the system automatically assigns the next available
  5. Saving Options

    • Save & Add New: Saves this item and opens a new window to add an additional item
    • Save: Saves the item
    • X: Deletes what you have done
  6. Add item details
