Add an Approval

 

Overview 

This article will show you how to add approval to an item. 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Agendas tab
    upload_an_agenda_or_agenda_packet_agendas.jpg

  2. Select the agenda that contains the item

  3. Find the item, select the edit tool

  4. Navigate to the Approvals tab
    add_an_approval_approvals_tab.jpg

  5. Select Add Approvals

  6. Add the approval information
    add_an_approval_fill_in_fields.jpg
    • Approval Template: Select the template you would like to use
    • Board/Committee: Select the board or committee the approval is a part of
    • Individual: Select the individual you would like to be the approver

  7. Select Save

  8. Save the item
