Overview
This article will show you how to edit an Item Report.
Important Note
Depending on how your site is configured, you call Item Reports something different, such as Memorandums.
Instructions
- Edit an Item
- Navigate to the Item Report tab
- Note: This tab may be named differently (eg: Memo, Memorandum, Staff Report, etc), depending on what your organization calls these documents.

- Click the Edit tool
- Modify fields
- Name: Enter a name
- Report Template: Select the appropriate template
- Word Template: Select the appropriate template
- In Packet: Click this if you want the report to be included in packets
- Click Update
