Allow Board Members to Join a Meeting

 

Overview

This article will show you how to activate a meeting by enabling the Allow Board Members to Join setting.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Agendas
    upload_an_agenda_or_agenda_packet_agendas.jpg
  2. Select the Agenda you want to start
    send_files_to_dropbox_select_an_agenda.jpg
  3. Click the Minutes button
    view_members_in_a_meeting_minutes.jpg
  4. Check Allow Board Members to Join

  5. Board members will receive the Join Meeting message
    request_speaking_rights_join_meeting.jpg
  6. Board members must select a Join Meeting option:
    allow_board_members_to_join_a_meeting_join_meeting_option.jpg
    • Present/Voting: Mark as present and a voting member
    • Present/Not Voting: Mark as present and not a voting member
    • Save: Save to enter the meeting
