Overview
This article will show you how to add a Motion during a meeting.
Instructions
- Navigate to Agendas
- Select the Agenda that is your meeting
- Select Minutes
- Navigate to Summary
- Edit the Current Item
- Select the Add Motion (flag icon) button on the far right-hand side
- Select your Motion Actions
- Initiated By: Indicate who initiated the motion
- Seconded By: Indicate who seconded the motion
- Actions: Choose an action
- Click Save
- View motion in the Motions tab
