If you are having trouble with a stream frequently buffering or stopping, please review the following troubleshooting steps.
- Log in or access your encoder and lower the stream quality configurations to see if adjusting the quality configuration fixes the buffering
- Log in or access your encoder and ensure it is not overheating or throwing any errors (ex: “failing to open resource for writing”, “failure to connect” etc.)
- If these do not work, contact your vendor.
